alf of the lovingly refurbished old provencial farm house is at the disposal of our guests. It is completely self-sufficient and independent ; (in the other half, the former barn, we have our private apartment). The kitchen and the bathrooms of this house can accomodate a large number of people because some time ago the cottages were not yet self-sufficient and we also receive big groups cooking and eating in the Old House. A telephone is available for our guests (charges not included).
As the house is situated on a slope and the rooms are placed on three levels, one can directly step out of the house from the two lower floors. The 2 upper levels are heated with wood-stoves. During the summer, the thick stone walls shut out the midday heat and provide for a comfortable coolness inside. In winter they store up the warmth from the wood-burning stoves.

Below, in the vaults of the former stables are the beautifully installed showers and toilets
(three showers, three toilets and four wash-basins, also electrical heating and a washing-machine) (see floor plan and photos further down).

Above :
---a vestibule with wardrobe and stairs to the first floor.
---the kitchen-dining-room with a dining-table for 14 people. The kitchen equipment allows cooking for up to 30 persons: 2 big gas-stoves with gas–oven, 1 electric-oven, dishwasher…
---a separate pantry;
---a room with 2 beds with direct access to the bathrooms (down a very rustic stone-spiral-staircase) and a windowed door to a small and cosy terrace. For big groups this room is transformed into a nice dining room (see floor plan and photos further down).

In the first floor :
---A sleeping room (35m²) with 4 beds and a windowed wood-stove.
---the „low loft“(three beds): it is hardly high enough to stand upright, but with its japanese-like separated bed-spaces it is very special and cosy.
The persons sleeping in these upper rooms have either to cross the bedroom in the lower floor or to walk outside around the house to reach the bathrooms (see floor plan and photos further down).

Directly in front of the house is a very nice and big eating place (20 persons) in the shade of an old and large lime-tree. In July and August there is hardly a day when it is not possible to eat there (see floor plan and photos further down).

The “Mule-Stable” and the “Old Sheep-Stable” :
These are two bedrooms which can be rented separately in addition to the Old House. They are located in the ground floor in the beautiful stone vaults of the former stables.
---The “Mule-Stable” is a small room with a 110 centimetres bed and its entrance on the south side of the house next to the door of the bathrooms.
---The “Old Sheep-Stable” is a very special double bedroom nicely furnished with a wide windowed door to a grass-terrace and the eating-place under the lime tree.
(see floor plan and photos further down).
